Our Process
STEP ONE
It all starts with a phone call where we can briefly talk about the project. We will then set up an appointment to meet at your house or the location of the project at your convenience Within the appointment, we will discuss specifics and details and come up with a plan.
STEP TWO
We will schedule then an appointment to go select material directly at 1 of our different distributors in the Raleigh area. There we will look at full size slabs and you will be able to pick your own piece for your kitchen. We will guide you and explain all the different materials and colors available and we will also help in color coordination.
STEP THREE
Time to schedule the template measurement appointment. One of our professionals will measure in detail and accuracy. These measurements are used to cut and fabricate your project/job at our shop. Each job requires custom measuring and custom cutting because no job is the same. This assures you that your projected will be treated as one of a kind.
STEP FOUR
Finally, we will schedule your installation. Our installation professionals will make sure that your job is installed correctly and they will put the final touches to assure that the finished product is 100% satisfactory.
